Refund policy

At Dainty Girl Beauty, we take great pride in the quality of our fragrances. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window Return requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to your expected delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

Product Condition Requirement To qualify for a return, the fragrance bottle must have no more than 1–2 pumps used. Products that have been used beyond this amount will not be accepted for return or refund.

Return Shipping Return labels and all associated shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Dainty Girl Clubhouse does not provide prepaid return labels.

Refund Processing Once your returned bottle is received, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of inspection. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items Any product used beyond 1–2 pumps, or returned outside of the eligible window, will not qualify for a refund and will not be shipped back.
